It was one of the top 3 devastating experience I had ever had. The worst of the worst first day of work. By the way it was my FIRST job. I was a waitress. Right when I arrived to work, not knowing what was going on, people who were working told me to take orders from 10-20 people! I did’nt even know what was on the menu. With confusion i took orders every 10-20 minutes for 4-6 hours. It was a very very busy day. With no knowledge of the restuarant’s menu, I got over probably 20 complaints for not serving the right food or having them wait for too long. this one customer spat on my shoes!!
